Once the ingredients are mixed well, get a dollop and apply to the whole of your face. You may also apply the Love Carrot Face mask to your nape and neck if you wish. Even out the face mask, and let it do its magic for at least twenty minutes.

When the twenty minutes is up, simply rinse off the mask with cool water, and pat your face and neck dry with a soft towel. Do not rub your skin after rinsing it with water! Rubbing creates unnecessary friction on the surface of the skin, damaging it without you knowing it.

Now, if you are having trouble with fine lines around the eyes, you need some heavy back up from nature’s skin expert: aloe vera. Get half a cucumber (blend the cucumber first in a food processor first until you get a chunky consistency), and half a cup of pure aloe vera juice or pulpy gel.

Combine the two ingredients and apply a generous amount around your eyes. The consistency of aloe vera does not really change, even if you add cucumber to it, so expect this special aloe eye gel to be cool and slippery. Allow the natural eye gel to do its work for at least a quarter of an hour. Feel free to apply some on top of your eyes (just close your eyelids of course). Wash off the solution with lots of water and again, pat dry (don’t rub your skin!).

To make the lip gloss, first place the beeswax in a pan and melt using low heat. Once the beeswax has been melted, turn off the heat and add the rest of the ingredients.

Mix using a spatula or any other non-reactive stirrer until a fine, equal consistency is achieved. Add as much beet juice as you want to get the desirable hue. Some people like their natural lip gloss really reddish; if you feel the same, then just add more beet juice to the mixture.

Natural Lip Moisturizer

Tired of lip moisturizers that cost too much? Now you can make your own without breaking the bank! For this recipe you will need 4 tbsps. of colorless beeswax, 4 tbsps. of fragrant oil, ½ tsp. of lime oil, and 1 tbsp. of fresh honey.

This recipe is very easy to complete – begin by combining the colorless beeswax and four tablespoons of fragrant oil in a pan. Turn up the heat so that the beeswax begins to melt. Stir both ingredients together until they are mixed well.

Turn off the heat, and add the lime oil and fresh honey to the pan. Mix all of the ingredients until a pasty consistency is achieved. Pour the contents of the pan to a clean glass container, and let the mixture cool down and set.

You will need to wait at least thirty minutes for the mixture to set completely. Once the natural lip moisturizer has set and hardened in its glass container, take a small amount and apply to your lips.
